Rates

"The season" (standard rates):  

June 1 - September 18; October 19 - 31; Presidents' Week in February; Christmas - New Year's Week; weekends throughout the year

"High season" (premium rates, add $20 per night):

Foliage Season Sept. 19 - Oct. 18; Memorial Day Weekend.

"Quiet season" (discounted rates, subtract $25 per night): 

Weeknights November through May (except as above).

Rates are per room per night, double occupancy (two people), and include full served country breakfast for all guests.

For a third person (teenager or adult) in the large rooms, add $50 per night.

For a child ages 5 - 12 sharing a room with parents, add $25 per night. We're sorry, but the nature of our inn prevents us from accepting children under the age of 5.

A delicious full, hot breakfast is served in the dining room (generally at 8:30) and is included in the room rate (B&B plan). The Churchill House pancakes were recently featured by "Gourmet" magazine!

By advance reservation only, a 4-course dinner is served many nights at 7 PM for $30 per person.

Also by advance request, we can provide a healthful trail lunch for you to take with you as you explore the 22,000 acres of National Forest adjacent to our Inn. The cost is just $6 for a hearty sandwich on homemade bread, fresh fruit, from-scratch dessert, and a 100% juice box.
