General Policies:
Smoking is permitted only outdoors.
We're sorry: although the inn hosts a resident cat, we cannot accommodate guest pets.
Scheduled times:
Arrival & Check in: anytime from 3 - 8 PM. Simply call ahead if you need flexibility (earlier or later).
Dinner: 7 PM
Breakfast: 8:30 AM (Coffee is ready at 7 AM.)
Check out & departure: 11 AM
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your confirmation of your stay guarantees your room for you, and guarantees your stay for us. While we appreciate that there may be good reasons to cancel, we are a small family-run inn, and we do require your agreement with the following policy, which varies by season:
- A 50% payment by credit card or check at time of booking guarantees your reservation (single night stays require full payment). We will refund your payment less a $30 fee in the event of cancellation more than 21 days prior to arrival. Deposits for reservations cancelled within 21 days of arrival are non-refundable unless the entire reservation is rebooked (refund less $30/night).
- Payment in full (100%) by check or credit card at time of booking guarantees your reservation. Deposits for cancelled high-season reservations are non-refundable unless the entire reservation is rebooked (refund less $30/night). requires a 3-night stay and payment in full at time of booking by check only.

- Abbreviated stays (late check-ins/early check-outs) incur full charges for all nights originally reserved.
From time to time, as a courtesy, we may confirm a reservation without making a "real" credit card charge; this does not eliminate your obligation to the deposit for your confirmed room.
