Our confirmation of your stay guarantees your room for you, and guarantees your stay for us. While we appreciate that there may be good reasons to cancel, as a small inn, we require your agreement with the following policy:
A non-refundable deposit of $75 per night is required to confirm your reservation and is charged at time of booking. Should you need to cancel your reservation at any time up through the day before your scheduled arrival, we will issue you a voucher for the amount of your deposit less a $25 fee. The voucher will be valid for a stay within one year and cannot be redeemed during "high season" dates. Deposit is forfeited and no voucher will be issued for cancellations on day of scheduled arrival, late check-ins, or early check-outs (abbreviated stays). Your deposit is applied equally to all nights of a multi-night stay. Balance is due upon check in for first time guests and upon check out for repeat guests.
Weekends from September 24 to October 16 require a two night minimum stay and are only available as a package that includes dinner on one evening.
Middlebury Graduation Weekend requires a two night minimum stay (Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday) and all room charges paid by check at time of booking.
Arrival & Check in: anytime from 3 - 8 PM. Simply call ahead if you need flexibility (earlier or later).
Dinner: 7 PM (one sitting)
Breakfast: 8:30 AM (one sitting) Coffee is ready at 7:30 AM.
Check out & departure: 11 AM
Churchill House is a no-smoking inn. Kindly smoke only outdoors.
